A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held May 5 at Skyblue Orthodontics, 1802 E. Cumberland St., Dunn, to welcome Dr. Astin Barnes as the orthodontist and practice owner. The staff offers a combined experience of more than 100 years helping children, teens and adults to improve their smiles with advanced training and modern technologies.
