Two 12-and-under baseball clubs representing area parks and recreation programs will compete at an all-star tournament this week.
One team from Erwin, and one from Western Harnett, play for the state championship berth up for grabs during this year’s Tar Heel League District 3 tourney.
The double-elimination, four-team event — hosted at Memorial Park in Southern Pines — begins Thursday with games at 6 and 8 p.m.
Saturday’s championship contest is scheduled for 11 a.m., with a potential winner-takes-all final set for Sunday at 1 p.m.
Below are the rosters for each local team.
