District Court on June 11 and June 15

The following cases were heard in Harnett County District Court on June 11. Judge Mary H. Wells presided and District Attorney Leslie Morris prosecuted the docket.

• Donald Rayhee Oliver, pleaded guilty to communicating threats. He received 120 days in prison, suspended for 12 months supervised probation. He will also participate in the North Carolina Treatment Accountability for Safer Communities (TASC) program and follow treatment, not threat or assault the victim, as well as take a drug test and have mental health assessed following treatment.

On June 15

The following cases were heard in Harnett County District Court on June 15. Judge O. Henry Willis Jr. presided and District Attorneys Leslie Morris and April Phillips prosecuted the docket. 

• Curtis Ray Salmon, pleaded guilty to breaking and entering a motor vehicle. He received six to 12 months at the department of corrections suspended for 12 months with supervised probation.
• Wade Allen Marion III, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine. He received six to 17 months at the department of corrections suspended for 12 months supervised probation.
• Nicholas Blake Motley, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine and larceny. He received six to 17 months at the department of corrections suspended for 12 months supervised probation.
