District Court on June 10 and June 1

The following cases were heard in Harnett County District Court on June 10. Judge Jimmy Love Jr. presided and District Attorney Joe Ellis prosecuted the docket. 

Teyana Brewington, pleaded guilty to reckless driving to endanger. She received 30 days suspended for 12 months unsupervised probation with costs of $100 in fines.

Jose Gonzalez, pleaded guilty to driving while impaired. He received 60 days suspended for 12 months unsupervised probation with costs of $100 in fines. 

Michael Warren Godwin, pleaded guilty to reckless driving to endanger. He received 30 days suspended for 12 months unsupervised probation with costs of $100 in fines.

Holly Louise Neice, pleaded guilty to driving while impaired. She received 120 days suspended for 12 months unsupervised probation with costs of $100 in fines.

Heard June 1

The following cases were heard in Harnett County District Court on June 1, 2021. Judge O. Henry Willis presided and District Attorney April Phillips prosecuted the docket.

Caleb Anthony Hill, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. He received 45 days in the Harnett County Jail suspended for 18 months supervised probation.

Joshua Cain Mitchell, pleaded guilty to obtaining property on false pretenses. He received 45 days in the Harnett County Jail suspended for 18 months unsupervised probation. 

Fredrick Wayne Gautier, pleaded guilty to felony possession of schedule 2 controlled substance. He received 120 days in prison, suspended for 12 months supervised probation.

Mark Allen McWorter, pleaded guilty to interfering with electronic monitoring device. He received 12 months suspended for 18 months supervised probation.
