The following cases were heard in Harnett County District Court on July 13, 2021. Judge Resson O. Faircloth presided and District Attorney April Phillips prosecuted the docket.
Jacob Calvin Champion, pleaded guilty to breaking and entering and larceny after breaking and entering. He will receive 8-19 months active sentence.
Miguel P. Coronado, pleaded guilty to driving while impaired. He will receive 60 days suspended for 12 months unsupervised probation with $100 fines.
Brian Cale Stephenson, pleaded guilty to uttering forged endorsement and possession of drug paraphernalia. He will receive 120 days suspended for 18 month supervised probation.
Cedric Jamal Williams, pleaded guilty to obtaining property under false pretense. He will receive 45 days suspended for 12 months unsupervised probation; he is also to stay off the premises of Wal-Mart.
