The following cases were heard in Harnett County District Court on July 20. District Attorneys Don Harrop and Leslie Morris prosecuted the docket.

• Junior David Baker, pleaded guilty to felony possession of marijuana; possession of more than 1/2-ounce and less than 1.5 ounce. He received 30 days in Harnett County Jail suspended for 12 months with unsupervised probation.
• Isaiah David Cain, pleaded guilty to breaking or entering a motor vehicle. He received six to 17 months at the North Carolina Division of Adult Corrections (NCDAC) suspended for 18 months supervised probation.
• Shayne Blue Depue, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine. He received six to 17 months at the North Carolina Division of Adult Corrections (NCDAC) suspended for 12 months supervised probation.
• Michael Anthony Hammond, pleaded guilty to larceny of motor vehicle parts. He received four to 14 months the North Carolina Division of Adult Corrections (NCDAC) suspended for 18 months supervised probation. He may have no contact with co-defendants or victims. 
• Jason Ray James, pleaded guilty to larceny after breaking and entering. He received 120 days Misdemeanant Confinement Program suspended for 24 months supervised probation and ordered not to go to Walmart.
• Antonio Castel McIver, pleaded guilty to possession of stolen firearms. He received 20 days in Harnett County Jail suspended 12 months unsupervised probation.
• Anthony Boyd Phillips, pleaded guilty to financial card theft. He received three days in Harnett County Jail with credit for time served upon paying $125.
• David Dale Roberts, pleaded guilty to felony possession of schedule 1 controlled substance. He received six to 17 months at the North Carolina Division of Adult Corrections (NCDAC) suspended 24 months supervised probation, and must have substance abuse assessment and follow-up treatment.
• Autumn Renee Ince, pleaded guilty to injury to personal property. She received 30 days in Harnett County Jail.

July 23

The following case was heard in Harnett County District Court on July 23. Judge Mary H. Wells presided and District Attorney Hahhan Luster prosecuted the docket.

• Jamia Rashad Britton, pleaded guilty to injury to personal property. He received 45 days suspended for 12 months supervised probation.
