Harnett County Sheriff’s Office

Nov. 29

Lekeith Octavius Stringer, 31, of Lillington is charged with five counts of financial card fraud and five counts of felony obtaining property by false pretense. He was booked into the Harnett County Detention Center under a $5,000 secured bond.

Nov. 29

Barbara Alan Wyant, 32, of Spring Lake is charged with one felony count each of uttering a forged instrument, obtaining property by false pretense and felony conspiracy. She is also charged with one misdemeanor count each of simple assault, injury to personal property, communicating threats and two misdemeanor counts of school attendance law violations. She was booked into the Harnett County Detention Center under a $55,000 secured bond.

Nov. 29

David Bradley Wicker, 34, of Broadway is charged with one felony count of larceny from a merchant by removing, destroying or deactivating a control device and one misdemeanor count of larceny. The charges were from Johnston County. He was booked into the Harnett County Detention Center under a $1,000 secured bond.

Sampson County Sheriff’s Office

Nov. 26

Matthew Lee Giddens, 41, of Newton Grove is charged with one count of cyberstalking. He was released after being booked into the Sampson County Detention Center under a $1,000 secured bond.

Whitney Lynn Lambert, 31, of Godwin is charged with communicating threats, assault and battery and injury to personal property. She was booked into the Sampson County Detention Center under a $2,500 secured bond.

Wiilie James Romanger Jr., 54, of Newton Grove is charged with felony possession of cocaine, simple possession of a schedule II controlled substance and simple possession of marijuana. He was booked into the Sampson County Detention Center. No bond information was available.

Robert Jesse Davis, 21, of Willow Spring is charged with one felony count each of possession with intent to sell or distribute marijuana and possession of marijuana. He is also charged with one misdemeanor count of possession of marijuana pharaphernalia. He was booked into the Harnett County Detention Center under a $10,000 secured bond.
