Bureau executes year-old warrant

A Willow Spring man is accused of taking indecent liberties with a minor after conduct first reported to deputies July 27.

A warrant, charging 40-year-old Federico Pina Mora with three counts of indecent liberties, was signed for his arrest in 2021. Mora was taken into custody when he came in contact with the Bureau of Identification in Raleigh last month, according to a Harnett County Sheriff’s Office arrest report.

The bureau executed the warrant for his arrest.

A family member of the victim listed in a 2021 incident report, told Harnett County deputies Mora reportedly touched a young girl on “her front and back” and asked “when is she going to give it to him?”

The family member wasn’t sure if anything else happened between the two, according to the report.

Deputies booked Mora into the Harnett County Detention Center under a secured bond of $150,000. Mora remained in custody as of Tuesday.
