Roses has been committed to the success of everyone in the community and has a history of successfully working with JCI to provide viable workforce opportunities.

Roses has worked with JCI for five years and has hired five clients providing them with the opportunity to be successful in employment. Roses also provides job shadowing opportunities that are used to help individuals explore chosen career goals and determine career pathways.

Tiffany Riddle, manager at Roses, says she appreciates JCI and the clients. She said they will continue to work with JCI.

“JCI thanks Roses for taking pride in empowering people to succeed by assisting individuals with disadvantages in growing their abilities and also for helping members of our community with barriers to employment to achieve a rewarding sense of independence and productivity,” said Nancy Bartholomew, marketing manager with JCI Corporate in Selma.
