Will the food chain be broken
To the editor:
The public should wake up now. If people think there was a food shortage after the hurricanes went by, just wait until lawyers outside the state and neighbors of hog farmers cause farmers to go out of business.
If they can make millions of dollars this way, what will keep them from gong after the chicken, turkey and cow industry because their output has a bad odor also. If that was to happen and animal farmers were to go out of business, many grocery store shelves and cold storage units would be empty, and the abundance of food as we have been use to all our lives would be over and would take years to build back up. All because of the love of money I believe.
If they can get by with that, i wonder if they will get people in public places to sue people who use a public restroom and leave a bad odor in there.
