The law firm of John C. Fitzpatrick Jr. will open July 2 in Lillington at 133 W. Cornelius Harnett Blvd, Suite E, in the Cape Fear Plaza.
Attorney Fitzpatrick currently has an office in Durham at 3329 Durham-Chapel Hill Blvd, Suite 201. His firm specializes in DWI, traffic, criminal defense, personal injury and family law. The firm offers services in English and Spanish.
An alumnus of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he earned his bachelor’s degree and law degree, Mr. Fitzpatrick is married to Pauline Fitzpatrick and they have two children; a son, Tre Fitzpatrick, a recent high school graduate, who will attend, Campbell University in the fall, and a daughter, Cameron Fitzpatrick, a rising junior at Northern High School in Durham.
Mr. Fitzpatrick has local ties to Harnett County. He is the son of Joyce and John Fitzpatrick Sr., grandson of the late Rev. George Fitzpatrick and Tori, the late Mark Fitzpatrick and Clifford, and the late Henry “Teetac” Johnson and Bernice.
He brings a new, young and energetic team to Harnett County, providing professional and personal service to all.
The local team will consist of Mr. Fitzpatrick and legal assistant, Nichole Boone.
