The following cases were heard in Harnett County District Court on May 14. Judge Jimmy L. Love Jr. presided and District Attorney Alexa McCartney prosecuted the docket.
. Martin Crispin was charged with misdemeanor larceny. He received a 45-day suspended sentence, 12 months supervised probation and was ordered to pay cost.
Mr. Crispin pleaded guilty to injury to personal property. He received 10 days with credit for time served and supervised probation.
. Stephon Mario McQueen pleaded guilty to driving while license revoked (not impaired). He received a 20-day suspended sentence, 12 months unsupervised probation and was ordered to pay a $25 fine and cost.
. James Frank Owens pleaded guilty to driving while impaired. He received a 60-day suspended sentence, 12 months unsupervised probation and was ordered to pay cost, a $100 fine and not operate a vehicle until properly licensed.
. Hakeema Nicol Fennel pleaded guilty to felony larceny and received a 50-day active sentence.
. Brian David Godfrey pleaded guilty to felony possession of a Schedule II controlled substance. He received a nine- to 20-month active sentence.
