Daughtry Williams named Dunn-Erwin Rotary Student of the Week

The Dunn-Erwin Rotary Club recently recognized Daughtry Reid Williams as Student of the Week.

Daughtry, a senior at Triton High School, is the daughter of Heather and Michael Williams of Dunn.

During her time at Triton, Daughtry has been active and/or participated with the Mock Trial Team, Close Up, Alpha Honors and Beta Club. She has been active all four years in the Student Government Association, currently serving as senior class president. She has been active in Juniorettes during her time at Triton, serving as vice president her junior year and president her senior year.

Daughtry is a Morehead-Cain Scholarship school nominee, Governor’s School East selectee and attendee, and was also selected as a Rotary Youth Leadership Award delegate her junior year by the Dunn-Erwin Rotary Club.

She has also been active in sports, participating on the varsity women’s tennis, track and soccer teams.
