Gospel Sing At Christ UM

There will be a gospel sing Saturday at 6 p.m. at Christ United Methodist Church, 3101 Raeford Road, Fayetteville. Featured on the program will be The Lefevre Quartet and Larry Chason. Admission is free, however, a love offering will be received.

Kirk Cameron Returns To Central Baptist

Speaker and actor Kirk Cameron of “Growing Pains,” “Left Behind” and “Fireproof” fame will bring the Cameron living room to Central Baptist Church Sunday at 6 p.m. You’re invited to join in for a heartfelt conversation on marriage and parenting titled “Living Room Reset.” Think of it as a “home-run date night” with Mr. Cameron and his wife, Chelsea, and special music guest, Matt Hammitt of Sanctus Real. A time to get away with your spouse for three hours, to laugh together, pray together, learn together, and worship together, as everyone dives deep into the subjects that matter most to you. Gospel Keynotes Anniversary Tour

The anniversary tour of the Gospel Keynotes featuring Jeffery Newberry will take place May 25 at Heaven Bound Church, 5398 Fairgrounds Road, Dunn. The proceeds will assist in sponsoring a camp for at-risk youth. The camp will focus on exploring entrepreneurship skills. Advanced tickets are $20. Prayer Walk For Lillington-Shawtown School

All churches and individuals interested in praying for Lillington-Shawtown School are invited to a Prayer Walk sponsored by James Matthews Memorial Church Sunday. They will meet at the flagpole at 2:45 p.m. to pray for the students and staff. Those who have difficulty walking can pray seated or in their cars. Women’s Conference At Mount Zion MB

Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church will host its 10th annual Women’s Conference Saturday at 9 a.m. The speaker will be Dr. Evelena Oliver from St. Jude Church of Christ, Disciples of Christ, Warsaw. She is the president of Goldsboro-Raleigh Assembly Women’s Ministry. Music will be furnished by St. Jude Church of Christ, Disciples of Christ. Registration is free. Breakfast and lunch will be served.

Youth Choir Anniversary Celebration

This Generation Youth Choir of Red Hill Missionary Baptist Church, 1160 Red Hill Road, Cameron, will host its second choir anniversary celebration Saturday at 5 p.m. Featured guests include Jared Payton (JLP and The Voice of Spring Lake), Red Hill Senior Choir of Cameron, Ade’ya Dance Ministry of Sanford and many others. All choirs, groups, liturgical dancers, mime teams, praise teams and spoken word artists are all welcome to participate.

Children’s Community Choir Concert

The Children’s Community Choir will present a concert Sunday at 6 p.m. in the church sanctuary of First Baptist Church of Erwin, 300 S. 12th St. The concert is directed by Teresa Aiken.

Blessing Of The Animals

On Saturday from 10 to 11:30 a.m., Neill’s Creek Baptist Church (across from Harnett Central High School in Angier) will have a celebration of the unique relationship we have with our special companions. Bring your pets (on leashes, in carriers, cages or aquariums), and Pastor Chris Turner will bless them, and bless us as their God-appointed caretakers. There will be refreshments for humans and their furry/ feathery/finned friends.

Holy Mission Holiness Church will hold a pastor’s pre-anniversary service for Pastor Eudora Womack tonight at 7:30. The speaker will be Elder Gloria Harrington from Benson Revival Deliverance Center. The Voices of Praise from Benson Revival Deliverance Center will sing.

Heaven Bound To Celebrate Anniversary

Revival Starts May 30 At Harnett Chapel

Revival will be held May 30 and June 1 at Harnett Chapel Church. The theme is “The Holy Ghost Fire Is Raining Down: Be Revived, Renewed, Restored.” The speaker will be Elder Kevin Mayhue.

International Holy Convocation

Drs.
