East Coast Hemp Supply to cut ribbon

A ribbon-cutting and open house for East Coast Hemp Supply will be held Thursday, July 25, at 4:30 p.m. The business is located at 114 W. Broad Street, Dunn. The open house will continue until 6 p.m.

Ribbon-cutting July 30 at Phat Daddy’s

A ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held at Phat Daddy’s Sports Bar & Grill 2, 1921 W. Cumberland St., Dunn, at 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 30.

Blessings Thrift Store ribbon-cutting is Aug. 9

Join the Angier Chamber of Commerce for a ribbon-cutting at Blessings Thrift Store, 4798 N.C. Highway 55 W., Angier, at 11:30 a.m. Friday, Aug. 9.

Blessing Thrift Store is a mission-based thrift shop. It strives to tie the community together by people using their gifts and talents to help one another. The store focuses on helping widows, children in need and foster families.

Booth space available for Business Fest

The Dunn Area Chamber of Commerce is currently accepting applications for booth space for the 2019 Family Medical Supply Business Fest.

The event will be held from 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sept. 17 at the Dunn Community Building and Dr. P.K. Vyas Recreation Center at Tart Park on Jackson Road in Dunn. An opening ceremony will be held at 10:20 a.m.

Booth space costs $195 for DACC members and $295 for nonmembers. Admission to the show will be $5 per person and $1 for children ages 6 to 12.
